Match proof of correction to the violation
TikTok Shop's correction guidance says some violations may allow a correction window before enforcement. The seller may need to update the listing and submit proof of completed correction such as images or PDF files. A strong packet connects each file to the affected listing and the exact policy issue.
Evidence to gather
- Affected listing, product ID, SKU, notice date, violation ID, and correction deadline.
- Before and after product detail screenshots showing what changed.
- Proof of completed correction, such as images or PDFs, where the Seller Center workflow requests it.
- Supplier, authorization, product-photo, quality-control, or restricted-product evidence when relevant.
- SOP updates showing how listing edits, claims, images, and compliance checks will be reviewed before publishing.
Common gaps
- Correction text that does not address the exact violation message.
- Proof files that are not tied to the specific product, date, or corrected field.
- Invoices or authorizations that do not match the seller, supplier, SKU, product, or legal entity.
- Policy claims that require legal, IP, product-safety, customs, or regulatory advice.
